THE BEACHES

The Beaches is made up of four one-bedroom studios (with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, air-conditioning, ensuite bathrooms in all rooms, and the main house which sleeps two with full kitchen. Clustered around a kidney shaped pool with lovely new gardens surrounding it The Beaches are situated in the sweet hamlet of Apergatika just outside of Lakka, walking distance to some of the most beautiful beaches on Paxos including Orkos with its romantic round houses. Parking for five cars.

The complex includes a large shared outdoor kitchen area, with long dining tables perfect for those family alfresco lunches. A seven stage water purification system with UV means an end to all those plastic water bottles and helping us to keep Paxos tidy and a move towards being plastic free.

Olive trees provide dappled shade in the lovely gardens, comfortable seating and Ibizan style umbrellas are scattered around with lots of areas for a quiet read or a gin and tonic before dinner.

Sleeping 10 in total (extra beds for children can also be supplied) we think this is the perfect spot for an extended family, giving grandparents and teenagers privacy but also wonderful areas to come together. Alternatively, it could suit a party of adults wanting to holiday together with a little extra space.

Prices and Availability

Call for availability, prices from £2,700 per week for the complex, £5,000 peak season.
Apartments can be rented separately from £600 per week per apartment, £1,100 peak season.
